第1組 39 楊妮靜 許多台灣小吃，其實都是先民困苦，在無法飽食下所發明的替代糧食，是一種貧苦生活的象徵，蚵仔煎據傳就是這樣的一種在貧窮社會之下所發明的創意料理

蚵仔煎是以加水後的番薯粉漿包裹蚵仔、豬肉、香菇等雜七雜八的食材所煎成的餅狀物。
